We’re growing, and I’m looking for Perinatal Mental Health Therapists (MHC-LPs or LMHCs) to join our team.
Moms, couples and families deserve care that truly sees them, and I want to reach even more of them. I’m building a small team of clinicians who share that heart and want to do meaningful work in a practice that supports them too.
Work from anywhere
All sessions are virtual, with clients located in New York State.
Licensure
We're hiring New York State Mental Health Counselor Limited Permit holders (MHC-LPs) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs).
Pay and support
$45 per hour, paid sick leave and paid prenatal leave, clinical supervision for eligible permit holders, specialty consultation and administrative support.

We're building a small, collaborative team committed to compassionate, culturally responsive, trauma informed care for mothers and families.
What you’ll do
Every clinician here walks alongside mothers and families through pregnancy, postpartum and major life changes. Our practice specializes in birth trauma, postpartum depression, maternal mental health, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, pregnancy and infant loss, and the transition to parenthood.
Your work will include:
Providing individual telehealth therapy to adults located in New York State
Keeping timely, accurate clinical documentation, with notes due within 48 hours
Screening for safety and following crisis and mandated reporting protocols
Following HIPAA, New York States Office of the Professions rules and the ACA Code of Ethics
Completing intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses and treatment plans
Coordinating care with OB/GYNs, psychiatric providers and other members of the care team as needed
Taking part in supervision, case consultation and team meetings
Keeping a consistent weekly caseload, with some evening availability preferred

COMPENSATION
$45 per hour
This is a part-time, W-2 employee position open to qualified New York State MHC-LPs and LMHCs. MHC-LPs receive clinical supervision and supervised experience toward New York LMHC licensure, subject to state requirements.
Compensation is based on the rate the employer believes in good faith to be accurate at the time of posting.
